hii classmates. Today I am going to talk about a job i would like to do.

The job I would like to have in the future would be working in newspapers or in a ministry, writing news or writing press releases. I would like to work in that because I want to have those experiences and I think it would be challenging and fun. I would also like to work with babies, like a kindergarten, but more on that later. 

I would love to work with toddlers and babies because I love them and have always had a special connection with them. I like to play with them, see how they learn new things.  

Journalism skills would be writing, understanding and synthesizing information. 

For working with babies, they would be: to be patient, to love children, to have the desire to care for them and teach them. Also to be responsible and attentive. 

I think my dream job would be to be a nanny. For example, now I work in a warehouse and I have some brothers coming in, about 6-7 years old, very troublemakers but with a very cute and beautiful face. I would love to look after them, I think I would die laughing and it would also be very challenging to look after two human beings. I would give them a lot of love and play ball with them.

 hii, today I´m going to talk about the best concert I have ever been to was the Santa Feria concert at the Quinta Vergara. We saw the post on instagram with my mom, and we immediately bought 6 tickets in front in box seats. We were in the 7th row and saw them up very close and it was the best experience ever, I don´t lie when I say that we saw them very very close. 

like I said before, we bought 6 tickets, so it was me, my  mom, my cousin, his girlfriend, Fabián and Vale, my cousin´s friends.  We lease an apartment and my mom secured herself with the big bed so everyone else slept uncomfortably jajja, well, no that uncomfortable but not in a big bed like us.

Also, we ate very good. We ate hamburgers, ice cream, and falafel. All of them were very tasty and delicious. The concert itself was extremely good. We sang all the songs and dance a lot. 

I have been to other concerts such as Youngcister, Myke Towers, Shawn Mendes, Eladio Carrión and recently Cris mj's concert. But I think that for the experience of go to another city, and with friends is more special than the others.

Hi guys, today I am going to talk about a country I would like to visit. Well, the country is Jamaica and the Caribe. Because it is my dream to go to those beaches with white sand and turquoise waters, and the palm trees. I don't know if I would live there, but my dream is to go to Jamaica for a week and if I have more  money, stay for a month and visit every corner of the island, and buy a lot of Bob Marley stuff, like a Bob Marley hand mirror or an ashtray. And smoke a lot lying on those beautiful beaches and do nothing. That´s my dream. 

To be honest I don´t know that much about the country, I only know the general stuff, like Bob Marley and Usain Bolt are from Jamaica and that it is beautiful. But I would love to visit the coral reefs, see the beautiful green hills in person and go to the waterfalls of the Dunn's River.

choice of two

hii there!! today I am going to talk about my favorite meal, wich is spaghetti with alfredo sauce (tallarines con salsa alfredo). Literally is my favorite food since I was 10 years old. I don´t eat it that much, so I never get enough of it and every time I eat it , I confirm that it is my favorite dish. 

This food is not so hard or difficult to cook, the alfredo sauce is made with tomato, ham, milk cream and oregano. Don´t remember if   I am missing some ingredients but those are the most important. I like it because it is very delicious, and the taste of hot tomatos with the milk cream ... it´s just very tasty 

I don´t know how it impacts in my health, I don´t think is a bad food, like that it´s bad for our health, just the spaghettis that are carbs and is not that good to it that much of carbs, but in general is not a food that is harmful to health, or very caloric. What´s your favorite food?? pd: beans with chard is my favorite food too 😶

 UNIT: GENDER ROLES AND STEREOTYPES

Dear all, today we are going to talk about the stereotypes for women and men in our society 

I think we all know how they work and that they are still present, although the new generations are changing that and learning how to get off of stereotypes and gender roles by teaching what are they, giving examples and teach the childrens not to reproduce them. 

when I was a child, I went to a co-educational school, which means with girls and boys and when I was in high school, I went to a school only for womens. Personally, I liked both of them. I think it is important to be in a mixed school, but I don´t regret going in a women´s school in high school, it was more fun, more comfy too. I went to a emblematic school, and we had some reflexions about our lives and things that happens to us, and we cry together so it was a great time. Now that I am in a university, I realized I forgot how to speak with men lol

I agree that girls and boys are treated differently, and I belive that school foster gender roles for example in physical education, the boys could play ball and the girls could do rhythmic gimnastics. Ooh and I remember when I was in my last year of school, they asigned one yard for girls and one yard for boys, and I couldn´t play with my male friends.

I think they are changing so slow here in Chile, there are still so much people that agree with stereotypes and foster them. Now I think that this expectations are decreasing, now for example, we know and society in general are so much flexibe about what a boy or a girls can study for example. 

If I had a chance to change my gender, it would be only for a day. Like to know how they think but really I think I wouldn´t change being a women. Being a man is boring, the only thing I would have to do is lie

"My favorite piece of technology"

Hi everyone, my favorite piece of technology is my cellphone, and maybe yours too (don´t lie).

I think it´s because I spend a lot of time with it, and we can do everything with mobile phones, talk with people, with your friends, play games, see tik tok (this one is addictive), we can do our jobs for college and for get distracted. To be clear, I don´t like when people are in their phone in a conversation or we are hanging out and I always try to not use it or look it if I am with someone, I always gonna prefer talking with people in person that for the phone, and I agree that cellphones are getting people appart. But if we can get balance between see your friends and family o any other person and also talk to them through the phone is good, I actually talk more with my best friend  through phone because we no longer can see each other that much. 

I use my cellphone for everything like I said before, and I listen to music with my phone, that´s the things I do the most with it, I spend a lot of time in instagram too, more than tik tok. I´d appreciate it if you let me know in the coments if you are an addict to tiktom too and if you spend more time on instagram like me or your a tik tok person.

IMPORTANT DAYS AND DATES

NEW YEAR

Hii everyone!! today I am going to talk about my favorites celebrations, which are new year and halloween.    I can´t decide which one is my favorite. Both are celebrated all over the world on December 31 and October 30. 

 I think I don´t have to explain that much about new year celebration. We celebrate the arrival of a new year and here in Chile   (don´t know what they do in other countries) we eat a dinner before ( always is a great and delicious dinner) and we spend time, talk and eat together and everyone is happy and excited. I liked it also because I remember when I was a child it was fun and you can stay up late. Now that I am more older, isn´t that fun like before, but I like it anyway... I like the music and dance and party, but what I like the most is that all my family come to my house to celebrated there. In my family the tradition we make every year is eating green grapes, the tradition consist of eating 12 grapes, one for each month, and asking for something. I also like Halloween because it´s fun to dress up as a character  and there´s always partys for Halloween so is great :) . When I was a child I always dress up like a princess or as a witch and always went trick-or-treating with my cousin. I also loved candy so it was my favorite celebration when I was a kid.
