IMPORTANT DAYS AND DATES

NEW YEAR

Hii everyone!! today I am going to talk about my favorites celebrations, which are new year and halloween.    I can´t decide which one is my favorite. Both are celebrated all over the world on December 31 and October 30. 

 I think I don´t have to explain that much about new year celebration. We celebrate the arrival of a new year and here in Chile   (don´t know what they do in other countries) we eat a dinner before ( always is a great and delicious dinner) and we spend time, talk and eat together and everyone is happy and excited. I liked it also because I remember when I was a child it was fun and you can stay up late. Now that I am more older, isn´t that fun like before, but I like it anyway... I like the music and dance and party, but what I like the most is that all my family come to my house to celebrated there. In my family the tradition we make every year is eating green grapes, the tradition consist of eating 12 grapes, one for each month, and asking for something. I also like Halloween because it´s fun to dress up as a character  and there´s always partys for Halloween so is great :) . When I was a child I always dress up like a princess or as a witch and always went trick-or-treating with my cousin. I also loved candy so it was my favorite celebration when I was a kid.

why did I choose this career?

hii!! this wednesday I am going to talk about journalism, the career I choose. First of all, when I was in high school , I was sure that I wanted to study something related to humanism, but wasn´t sure what career, my options were anthropology, political sciences or be a teacher maybe... then talking with my friend she said she wanted to study jorunalism and I think it was interesting too and I like to write, then I saw the curriculum and I liked it, so she basically convinced me ( and now we are in our second year of journalism together <3 )

By the way, when I was a child I wanted to be a teacher and in my teens I wanted to study criminalism but here I would have to be a PDI to do those things.

I choose journalism because I think it´s important to tell people the truth (regarless mass media are a duopolio and they allow the information that can be showed) I have more ability writting that any other thing, like art or biology or matt, so wrtiting and reading or do research sounds more interesting and fun that the other careers. This year I have radio and I liked it very much. My experience here was been great and not so difficult 

the kind of job I would like to have is travel the world recording and doing documentarys or doing news ... but that in the future because I know that the very first years I would have  a job in some media, or in some journal maybe , reporting news in the street or talking with people as the work that journalists do.  I hope in the future maybe work in other things because journalism can work with different companies and different areas.

hi there, today I ám going to talk  about  heated underblanket, a thing that I don´t want to have at the moment.

yes, if you have it, you would say that it is the best thing in the world in winter, and I agree with you, reader that have one. I also have one like 5 or 4 years ago and it was awesome but now I wouldn´t buy or spend my money on a heated underblanket because now  and I don´t want one because I think it is not necessary and you can live without one and is more safe though, a lot of people that I know, fell sleep with that thing on and it could be very dangerous.  I also don´t want to have jewelry like bracalets, necklaces or rings because I always lose it but I hope in the future, start to use pretty jewelry and not lose it. The only jewerly I use are earings but after some time, I lost them too :/

 hi there, today I am going to talk about myself, just for you to know me a little bit more 

well, first of all, my name is Martina and I´m 19 years old ( although, my birthday is on may 20 :) ). I like birthdays, more than holidays I think... I get excited, I like giving gifts for people i love and care about. Yet I always wanna tell the person what I bought for them. I´m from Huechuraba, I haved lived there all my life and I like it, I have a park and I love it, it´s not a park exactly it´s more a square actually. I like it very much where I live, it´s calm most of the time. 

My family is very important to me, i have a lot of cousins and we are like friends, we always spend time together and we see each other very often. My family have a store, and we work there, my uncles and cousins and I (but sometimes). It´s fun and stressful at the same time, and after some time the neighbors start to recognize you in the street and they say hi and ask me how I´m doing.

I like listen to music a lot, that´s what I do mostly, I like watch series though. My favorite´s series are Modern Family, The Office and Malcolm in the middle
